Terms of sale

Binding force
This terms of sale shall apply to the total business dealings between the buyer and us. In addition, only special conditions that have been confirmed by us in writing shall apply in the respective orders. Any divergences from this must be specifically confirmed by us in writing.

Prices
All prices are in Euro ex Weissach i.T. excluding packaging and without VAT.

Payment
If no other terms of payment have been agreed, payment must be made within 10 days after the invoice date with a 2% discount or within 30 days net cash.

Delivery
Forwarding of the goods shall take place at the buyer's expense and at its own risk. Unless the buyer gives specific instructions, we are entitled to elect which mode of transport to use. Part deliveries are permitted.

Reservation of title
We reserve the right to retain ownership of all goods we have delivered until all our invoices have been paid full.

Guarantee
Should the goods we deliver have a material or processing defect, you have to make a written complaint to us about this defect within 4 days after the article has been delivered to the buyer.

General provisions
Place of fulfillment for delivery and payments as well as place of jurisdiction is D-71554 Weissach i.Tal
Should individual provisions in this contract be ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions.
